The following terms are fundamental and must be accepted before proceeding with your application submission:

1. Right to participate: Open to men and women aged 12 and over (ages 12-18 require parental/guardian consent).
2. Each athlete bears absolute responsibility for their participation in the race regarding health and safety matters.
3. Applications containing intentionally false information or aiming to deceive the organization will be rejected.
4. Every applicant must be aware of and accept the race's participation regulations.
5. The participation fee is paid during the registration period ONLY online, exclusively by credit or debit card.

6. There is no possibility of a refund in case of participation cancellation.
7. In the event that the participant does not take part in the race, the Organization will send the athlete's pack (to the address provided in the registration form) after the event concludes.
8. The OM organization communicates with athletes exclusively via email; therefore, applicants are advised to ensure the correct entry of their contact email address.
